TommiSea Bicycles Limited Warranty

TommiSea Bicycles, a Virginia Limited Liability Corporation located at 1088 Warner Hall Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23454, makes the following Limited warranty concerning TommiSea Bicycles:

Limited 90-Day Warranty on Complete Bicycle

Subject to the following limitations, terms and conditions, TommiSea Bicycles warrants to the original owner of each new TommiSea bicycle that this bicycle, when new, is free of defective material and workmanship. This warranty shall expire 90 days from the date of the original purchase from a TommiSea dealer and is conditioned upon the bicycle being operated under normal conditions and use, and maintained properly. This warranty is void if the bicycle was not purchased new from a TommiSea dealer.

Manufacturer’s Warranty on Shimano Components

Any brake or gear components on the bicycle that are manufactured by Shimano are covered by their warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s limitations, terms and conditions.

Limited 1-Year Warranty on Aluminum Bicycle Frame and Fork

Also subject to the following limitations, terms, and conditions, TommiSea Bicycles warrants to the original owner for one year after the purchase date of each new TommiSea Bicycle that the bicycle frame and fork, when new, is free of defective materials and workmanship. The one year warranty is conditioned upon the bicycle being under normal conditions and use, and properly maintained. This limited warranty does not apply to paint/finish or components attached to the bicycle frameset such wheels, brakes, seat posts and stem, which are covered under the 90 day warranty.

Additional Conditions

This Limited Warranty is made only to the original owner of this new TommiSea bicycle purchased from a TommiSea dealer, and it shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the TommiSea bicycle. This limited Liability is not transferrable. In order to exercise your rights under this warranty, the bicycle must be presented to a TommiSea dealer, together with a receipt or any other form of a bill of sale. Should this bike be determined by TommiSea to be covered under the limited warranty, it will be replaced or repaired at TommiSea’s sole discretion. Under no circumstances does this limited warranty cover the cost of travel or shipment of the bicycle to and from the TommiSea dealer. The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, or to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, or uses other than the stated uses of the bicycle and any of the above mentioned actions will void the warranty.
