Q. Where can I purchase a Fat Sand Bike?
A. Fat Sand Bikes are available through a variety of bicycle retailers – for a complete listing, please see our Retailers page. Or feel free to call us toll free at 757-635-5160 and we would be happy to refer you to a dealer near you.

Q. If I cannot find a retailer nearby, can I still buy a Fat Sand Bike?
A. Yes, if there is no retail supplier near you we would be happy to sell you a bike direct and ship it to you (applicable shipping costs apply).

Q. Can I buy replacement or upgrade parts for my Fat Sand Bike?

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express) and debit cards as well as Paypal online, and checks and money orders via mail. You can also phone in credit/debit card orders to us at 757-635-5160

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?
A. TommiSea Bicycles ships all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt for in stock items. Orders ship via ground service unless otherwise requested or specified.

Q. Do you ship orders outside the United States?
A. Yes, we are happy to ship our products worldwide. Please contact us for shipping quotes and details.

Q. What type of warranty do you offer on your products?

Q. Is it difficult to assemble a Fat Sand Bike? What special tools will I need?
A. If you have worked with bikes before, assembling a Fat Sand Bike should be fairly easy and requires no special tools. However, if you have any doubts about your ability to safely assemble your bike we request that you take it to a qualified professional to complete assembly, adjusted properly and to ensure it is safe to ride.
